In-Home Nanny

- Has experience with children under 1 years old with references. - Ability and desire to create a stimulating and age appropriate engaging environment during wake hours - Drivers license, have reliable transportation to our home - CPR and first aid certified - Strong Communication skills - comfortable with dogs in home (we have 2 very friendly schmedium sized bernedoodles) (I work from home and will be present to watch over dogs) - light housekeeping as it applies to baby only, such as cleaning baby's play space, toys, bottles as needed. We value a relaxed and respectful home environment. We are a laid back family that prioritizes the health and well being of each member of our family and whoever comes into our home. We have a very active baby in terms of he's already "crawling" (bulldozing his way around is what we call it) at 4 months and requires active engagement when awake. Currently he requires contact naps during the day but we would like someone who can help sleep train. We would like to refrain from the cry it out method when sleep training. - Knowledge in child development in young children - Someone who is patient, kind, energetic and empathetic - Comfortable with dogs and parents working from home Home has parking, Bus Stops near by but not sure routes/schedule for buses 2 Bernedoodles Cali, 5 yrs old and Ivy 3 yrs old both about 55lbs They get initial excitement when people come over and once they say their hello, they are very chill and low maintenance. They are good listeners and know their boundaries around our us and especially around our baby.
