About the job
We have a 5-year-old son and a 2-year-old daughter and are looking for a full time nanny. My husband and I are both physicians, the job hours are variable depending on the week due to our fluctuating work schedule. The work hours can be as little as 25 hours per week up to 45 hours a week. We will guarantee a minimum hours per week in wages regardless of hours worked. We want to ensure our caregiver has health insurance and are happy to provide and negotiate appropriate benefits. We value open communication and want to ensure that we nurture our children in a unified approach among all caregivers. The job requires that our nanny have a car to fit two carseats (we will provide) for school drop off and pick up. Salary is $25-30/hr depending on qualifications/experience.
