Nurturing Nanny Needed For 1 Child In NW Denver

I'm looking for a reliable, experienced and nurturing nanny for our son (1 child) beginning in August. He will be 8.5 months old and we'd like to find someone for a one-year contract. I work a hybrid WFH/ office schedule and my husband works 7 days on, 7 days off, so you must be comfortable with us being in the home on certain days and some flexibility with scheduling is ideal. We would prefer someone who could help out with our son's meal prep (just for our son) and some light housekeeping. We have no pets, enforce no screen time and prefer a Montessori / RIE parenting approach.
