Nanny/In-Home Daycare/Nanny Sharing Needed

We are looking for a great nanny or nanny sharing situation for our 4mo old son. A little about us; we recently started our son in a corporate daycare and while the facility is great, it is not as personable as we were hoping. We would love to find someone with infant experience that can work 24hrs/wk with options to extend when needed. Full time could be a possibility in future. Currently need 3 days Monday - Friday. We are flexible on days. 9am- 5 p.m. We both work from home so we are open to care either at our house or your house. Flexible start day as our son currently attends daycare
