Hello. My wife and I are expecting our first child in September 2025. We are currently both flight nurses with schedules that vary from week to week. She worked 12 hour shifts. I work 24 hour shifts. We are just looking for somebody who can watch our little one for 1-3 days a week depending on our schedules. Each day would be 12-14 hours long. We both get 3 months off from work and then can be part time for a bit. I am guessing our little one would be 4-6 months before we needed any help.
