About the job
Im currently employed but may be changing jobs. My new job will have me working 12 days on and 12 days off. I dont want my oldest son to have to take care of them for 12 days straight by himself. My little girl will possibly be going to school this coming school year while my youngest will possibly be in kindergarten. They will need someone for before school and after school and dinner. My oldest can put them to bed. I currently work nights and he watches them while I sleep and after I leave for work. Their mom comes by most times and puts them to bed also.
