We are a fun, active family looking for a calm, confident caregiver who can bring structure, patience, and warmth to our home. Our 3 boys (7, 9 & 11) are energetic, kind, and each have unique needs: some anxiety, ADHD, and autism. They thrive with routine, clear boundaries, and someone who leads with empathy and follow-through. We’d love someone who’s organized, proactive, playful, and great with big emotions. If you’re steady, communicative, and enjoy meaningful connection with kids, we’d love to meet you!
