Babysitter Needed W/Th For 11-Month-Old!

We are looking for a babysitter for our 11-month-old on Wednesdays and Thursdays while we wait for a daycare spot (date unknown). 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. every week and we will sometimes need care past 1:00. We would like to have the same sitter both days. Light housekeeping such as meal preparation and cleaning directly related to our baby. Must have at least two references. We are working professionals in our mid-30s and have two cats. I work from home and have a closed office downstairs. We have plenty of separate space to play upstairs and downstairs.
