My spouse and I alternate days with working from home, so having in-home care while we work is ideal. As our child gets older (nearly 2 now), it is getting more difficult to give her the attention she needs as she grows. Having someone to take her outside to play/go for walks and play with her for a few hours in the morning would help. Our child likes to be outside, coloring and drawing, reading, dancing, playing with stuffed animals, and playing simple games like hide and seek and red light/green light. A caregiver willing to basically play with her and meet these needs would be great.
