Hello! We are looking for a nanny to help on weekends and maybe a date night during the week. For the right person this could expand to 40hrs a week. We have an almost 6mo old who is a happy little guy. We also have a 4-year-old standard poodle who is a sweetheart. The main priority is, of course, the care of our baby. Play, feeding, getting down for naps, etc. We are looking for someone who can be efficient with their time and help with dishes, laundry, tidying, and other light house help while the baby is napping or playing in a safe way. What we care about: -Kindness and genuine care for little ones. We know that no one will love our baby the way we do, but we hope to find someone that is deeply caring and conscientious and will be invested in helping our little guy learn and grow in a healthy and fun way. -Very high transparency, openness, and honesty. Everyone makes mistakes, it's part of being a human. It is critical to us that when anything happens that could impact us, the baby, etc you immediately talk with us about it. -No smoking, vaping, etc. We are also conscientious of third-hand smoke, so looking for someone who doesn't smoke and does not live with a smoker/vaper/etc. -Fully vaccinated and willing to keep up to date with seasonal flu and covid vaccines. Pertussis protection from the TDaP shot drops off dramatically after 5 years, so willing to get a TDaP booster within 5 years of the last one. -Have a safe and well maintained vehicle and are a safe driver. We might need you to pick up / drop off the baby. We will provide a car seat base. We ask that you not drive on highways with the baby. -We might want you to travel with us. If there is a flight involved we wear masks to reduce the risk of getting sick and would ask you to also wear one with us. If this sounds like you, please reach out! We would love to hop on a video call with you to chat and get to know each other a bit.
