My son is a very happy little boy! He is 1. 5 right now and his 2nd birthday is in July. He eats well, has a consistent nap/bedtime schedule, and loves to play (especially outside!). My husband is a firefighter and I work full-time M-F, so we tend to need help on random weekdays and the occasional weekend. Our schedule changes weekly; sometimes it's for a couple hours (appointments, dinner dates, etc...) and sometimes it's for a full work day (7:30am-4:30pm). From May-Nov, we will need help 2-3x/week (est. 18-20 hrs on average). We typically can communicate our needs weeks in advance for planning purposes!
