Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Colorado Springs (One Is Neurodivergent)

Part-Time Nanny Needed! We're looking for a fun, patient, and reliable nanny for our energetic 3. 5 and 5-year-old! Our 5-year-old is autistic with low support needs who thrives with gentle guidance during transitions and emotional moments but is very independent. Both kiddos love structured activities and adventures, so we're seeking someone who enjoys planning crafts, outings, and playtime. Must be comfortable supporting emotional regulation and creating a calm, engaging environment. Part-time hours now with a schedule change in the fall to primarily care for the 3. 5-year-old, increasing to Monday-Thursday, 10:30 AM-3:30 p.m. We really want someone consistent and reliable to build a relationship with our kids. 1 year of experience working with neurodivergent kids is preferred.
