About the job
Our family has a 6G, 4B, & 2G, dog, & cat. Kids are lively, loving & find endless joy in butthole & fart jokes-we laugh along! We prioritize minimal screen time & focus on outdoor activities. Our parenting style is rooted in gentle, conscious methods, inspired by Big Little Feelings & Dr. Beckys Good Inside. We set boundaries but avoid time-outs, spanking, raised voices, fear, threats, or unrelated consequences. Instead, we guide our kids through big emotions with empathy & understanding. We're looking for a self-starter who doesn't need much direction. Someone who can jump in, assess the days needs, & help lighten the load of raising 3 kids. Key responsibilities include tidying house & kitchen, handling dishes, managing laundry, preparing kids meals, & assisting with organizing/task. Current nanny available to help with the transition.
