Full Time Nanny Needed For 1 And 3 Year Olds

May need full time care for two kids, 14 months and 3. 5. The 3-year-old is in part-time school, you don't need to driver her. Looking for someone extremely comfortable with two young kids, including balancing schedules and meal-times. Meal prep expected for the kids, such as prepping rice, roasting veggies- simple things. Cleaning up including after meals/snacks and toys. We are a screen-free house and expect attentiveness to the kids. Independent play by the kids is encouraged, but we expect attention given when needed. Outdoor play desired often when weather is permitting. Phones should not be used around kids. We need someone dependable, including not getting sick/being out too often or for prolonged periods of time. We have a great working environment, lots of play areas in a clean house.
