Seeking Patient, Fun, And Kind Nanny For 2 Kids Near Marksheffel & Barnes

We're hoping for someone fun, patient, caring, and communicative. We have an almost 3yr boy old who loves cars, being outdoors, animals, water play, and books. He is sweet, goofy, and a tinkerer. We try to talk through our sons' feelings when he's upset, practice an empathy approach, and validate his feelings. We can accept all feelings, but not all behaviors. Were just trying to raise good humans. Must be someone who shares a similar approach. Our 1 yr old is a sassy, observant, girl who enjoys exploring, water play, being held, and playing with toys. No housekeeping, food preparation, etc needed. Just want someone to have fun with the kids and keep them safe! Would love someone that can do activities/crafts with them, go to park across street, etc. As we're a limited screen time fam. PS We do have 2 large dogs at home hoping to be pet
