Occasional Babysitter For Two Toddlers

We are looking for an as-needed or on-demand sitter for date nights while our two children a 3-year-old daughter and a 1 yearold son are asleep. Their bedtime is typically 7 p.m. on weekdays, making this an ideal time for us to enjoy time together. We are prepared to pay a higher rate ($30 $40 per hour) for occasional, short-notice care. Additionally, we are exploring the possibility of hiring a part-time nanny for around 15 hours per week to allow us time to work out together. Whether this option makes sense depends on the cost. While our main priority right now is on-demand care, we are open to discussing part-time arrangements if they align with our budget. This is our first time looking into child care options, so we appreciate flexibility and are looking for someone reliable and experienced with young children.
