Weekly Babysitter For 3 Kids In 80911

We have 3 little guys, ages 6, 3, & 1, that love Star Wars, art, playing dress up, and silly games. We are looking for a reliable sitter to come every week for 3-5 hrs. Flexibility would be needed as it won't be the same day every week but we can schedule the month in advance. Preferably someone who has experience or an open mind to working with children with significant speech delays. We are looking to on board someone as a respite caregiver at $23/hr. Must have CPR/ First Aid certification or be willing to get it. We live in the 80911 area and are an outdoor loving, light hearted family. Please feel free to message me with questions or interest! Our middle son (3) has a genetic condition that causes a speech delay and difficulty understanding his speech. He uses a combo of spoken word, sign language, and his AAC device. He is also very small for his age so struggles with some physical activities. We're looking for someone we can trust and rely on, who is fun and loving. We are looking to add someone to our village!
