*OPTION BETWEEN 2 SCHEDULES* Option A - 3 days/week with flexible hours between 8:30am-4:30 p.m. 20 hours/week (YOU can choose the days/hours); this would strictly be household duties. Household Manager must be independent, reliable, proactive, organized with excellent judgment and a service-oriented mindset. Option B - Tuesday/Thursday 11am-9pm; this would include household duties while children are in school and childcare duties after school. Nanny *must* have experience with complex children, specifically ASD/ADHD. They should be warm, patient, skilled in behavior management, creative, engaging, and confident in planning activities for children.
