We are busy professionals who would like help getting kids to and from daycare and school in the mornings (6:30 or 7:00-8:30 AM) and evenings (between 3:15-4:00 or 6:00 PM). On weeks where I travel (25-30% of weeks), we may need extra babysitting in the mornings and evenings to cover my husband's work schedule. We also could use help with occasional overnight care those weeks. We are happy to explore opportunities for fewer hours the weeks I'm not traveling, or more hours through light housework tasks, date nights, etc. so that you can make the job work around your needs.
