I Need Urgent Help; Let's Create A Schedule And Job Description That Works For Both Of Us!

I'm a self-employed mom of 3 (10, 7, & 4). Our last long term FT nanny/asst has moved out of state but can be a reference! While I'd like to have a full-time nanny/asst again, I am willing to piece together coverage where I can, because I really just need help in whatever form it comes. The FT duties include adhering to our schedule, at-home learning for the youngest, light HK or errands when not caring for children, meal prep, transport/outings. Oldest 2 are in public school; would care for all 3 when they are at home. Our ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, patient, exercises good judgment, and has an eye for detail/safety precautions. We may ask to modify the schedule with advance notice and by mutual agreement for exceptional circumstances, personal appointments, etc. Starting $21-24/hr +0T, DD avail, pay ev 2 wks.
