Seeking A Recurring Babysitter For Our Toddler

My husband and I are looking for a babysitter to take care of our 2-year-old on an occasional basis for date nights. We would love to have some consistency so that our son can get to know his babysitter and feel comfortable. He's a man who likes to know the plan, so we try to give him information upfront as much as we're able. He loves all things construction and really enjoys reading. He recently has gotten interested in PAW patrol after we got some of the books from the library. Marshall is his current favorite. He loves rhyming books and can recite them after we've read the book enough times. He is very verbal and pretty good about communicating what he needs. He's at such a fun age, and he makes us laugh often. We hope to find someone who can get to know him and who enjoys spending time with him as much as we do!
