Seeking a caring and reliable individual to assist with morning routine, light housekeeping, and childcare 4-5 days/wk for our three boys ages 8, 6 and 3. We value kindness, acceptance, patience, and flexibility. Responsibilities: - Assisting with the morning routine and daily tasks, including laundry (folding, putting away), dishes, picking up toys/items - Watching our kids (I'm often home) & creating a safe and stimulating environment. This may include engaging in pre-planned homeschool activities - Special attention to our 8 and 3-year-olds who have autism, requiring a patient, compassionate and understanding approach Qualities: - Experience in childcare and educational support would be awesome - Someone who is understanding, patient, accepting, positive & a self-starter.
