As business owners, our schedules can vary month to month, so we are looking for someone who can commit to mostly evening hours and can plan ahead for 1-2 months in advance. Responsibilities: - Supervise and engage our daughter with creative games and activities that promote her development and well-being. - Follow our daughter's routine, including mealtimes, naps, and playtime. - Provide a safe and loving environment for our daughter while ensuring her needs are met. - Assist with household tasks during nap times, such as light cleaning, meal prep, or organizing toys. - Be comfortable and responsible around our two friendly dogs, ensuring they are fed and cared for as needed. - Communicate openly with us about our daughter's activities and any concerns that may arise.
