About the job
Our family is looking for a Spanish speaking nanny to care for our 2 sweet little boys (18mo and 3 yrs) in the mornings 4x/week (8:30-12:30) this spring and summer. We encourage you to primarily speak Spanish with them so the children learn the language. Our boys have lots of energy so you should enjoy outdoor play, which will be easy since we live next to 2 great parks, tons of walking trails and a pool (swimming supervision is ideal but not necessary). Light house keeping and meal prep is also required. Family Values: Lots of love, music and outdoor play! We also encourage respectfulness, responsibility and use the 1-2-3 method of discipline. Boys love: Learning, nature, music and being physically active. Boys need support with: Regulating emotions. Qualities of our caregiver: Bilingual / Spanish-speaking Loving and creative Highly Communicative with children and parents Need reliable transportation. Clean record. We have ample parking at our house. Must be comfortable and with one very sweet, well behaved old dog (basset hound mix, shedding)
