Our family values honesty, mutual respect, and clear & open communication. Our son loves playgrounds, walks, helping with chores, and taking care of his new brother. Our son needs support with age-appropriate developmental activities, learning independence, and confidence in new situations. We're looking for someone who is interactive, focuses on the development of our son, confident in handling all the challenges of toddler years, and can help with some household chores and meal prep. We are looking for someone with flexibility in schedule, strong & open communication, extremely reliable and prompt. We will need someone who can also take on care for our infant son when I go back to work in March. Our family includes a 7-year-old Goldendoodle who loves greeting people but is mostly chill.
