I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 newborns, both 4 months old. We hve a strong preference for a spanish speaking nanny, though it is not necessarily a requirement. This will be for 2 families that work from home and need some extra help so that we an get some work done. Actual hours are flexible as long as we all have some time to work from home.
