Nanny & Household Help Needed For Mom With Twin Babies

We would very much love someone who is fun and easy going, but also experienced with multiples and with young babies and will be a patient, compassionate and empathetic caregiver to our twins. I (mother) will soon be returning to work (from home) and am needing someone to help with caring for the twins and with basic household upkeep. I am looking for someone who will partner with me to manage the household, including twin care (e. g. feeding, changing, naps) and basic things across the home, such as laundry (washing, drying, folding), dishes and basic tidying/upkeep. We would like someone in our home 3 days/week (18-25 hours/week; schedule to be discussed). We also have a 4-year-old son who attends preschool during the day, as well as 2 medium/large dogs. All care would take place inside the home with no driving/transportation.
