Loving Nanny Needed For Twin Babies

Looking for a compassionate, patient, experienced Nanny to help care for our 4-month-old (2 months, adjusted) boy/girl twin babies as mom prepares to return to work (from home). Our ideal Nanny would be able to care for the twins (feeding, changing, naps, etc.) during the day while mom/dad work, help out with light housework, and would be comfortable around two medium/large dogs. We do also have a 4-year-old that may be around during nanny's hours, but nanny's focus would be on the twins. If extra help is needed with the 4-year-old, it would be discussed first and nanny would be fairly compensated.
