Looking For Long-term Nanny For Our 4-month Old Daughter

We are looking for an amazing person to help us care for our almost 4-month-old daughter, while Mom and Dad both work on their businesses. We are looking for a fun, compassionate, and experienced nanny to care for our (almost) 4-month-old daughter, G. The main priority of the job is caring for G. throughout her day: getting dressed, diaper changes, bottle feedings, playing inside and outdoors, and following her nap schedule. We would love for our nanny to help with light housework which would include laundry, food prep, and cleaning/tidying throughout each day. We are looking for a nanny who has energy and enthusiasm to keep up with a curious infant, as well as someone who appreciates spending time outdoors on walks / at parks with G.
