Child-focused Care Needed For 3 Month Old In Broomfield

We're looking for a nanny to watch our 3-month-old for work hours. One of us is always home in our basement office during our work from home days, we just need someone who can help support us in watching and caring for him when we're in meetings or can't step away from our computers. He is a very healthy, happy baby who is typically calm and talkative. He does still primarily contact nap as we haven't started sleep training yet so we'd prefer someone who is okay with letting him nap on them during the day until we do. Focus would just be on the baby care. Hours on Tuesday/Thursday are flexible. Ideally looking for someone who is open to staying on for the longer term (1+ years). Preference given to those with vaccinations. We do have two cats and a large dog, so please consider that when applying.
