Searching for a Full-time nanny for 6yo girl and 3yo boy, 7a- 5p Mon- Thurs so guaranteed hours with some flexibility. Reliability is key!! We are full-time working parents with no family around, and cannot stress the importance of how we need our nanny to be reliable and punctual. Things happen, but we cannot afford last-minute cancellations or notices. Looking for someone who has experience working with siblings (esp toddlers), is loving, nurturing, patient, engages kids in age-appropriate activities, understands their behavior & how to handle it. Is active, takes kids outdoors, reads with them. Light-housekeeping around the kids. Our daughter is in school 8-3 and drop off/pickup will be part of the job (reimburse miles). Son is at home. Communication is very important to us. We will be paying by payroll & ask for work references. Thx!
