My daughter turns 6 months old on September 19th. She wakes up at 6:30 a.m. She is then fed milk, and plays for a couple hours. She's able to stay awake between 2.5-3 hours between naps. My daughter will not nap in a crib, I've tried hard to get to. She'll only contact nap. So you have to hold her, or lay her on your lap in order to get her to stay asleep. Naps usually last between 1-2 hours. She's mostly interested in sitting and standing. Doesn't really enjoy being on her back and belly. Assisted standing and supervise sitting.
