Calm, patient, and emotionally aware, understanding the importance of emotional regulation and supporting our daughters developmental needs. Strong communicator, able to calmly enforce boundaries and use positive reinforcement. Our daughter is energetic and curious, and we are looking for someone who can support her growth in a nurturing and balanced way, especially with regards to emotional resilience and healthy coping skills. We are vegan, gluten free, and chemical free.
