About the job
We're seeking a warm, experienced full-time nanny to join our family and care for our two young kids (a musical toddler and water-loving baby who turn 3 and 1 in May) starting immediately. Our ideal caregiver is calm, playful, and grounded, with experience supporting infants and toddlers through big feelings and developmental leaps. We follow a child-led, screen-free approach inspired by RIE, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia. The role includes engaging play, outdoor adventures, gentle diapering/toileting support, light tidying, rest time support (no sleep training), and preschool pickups. Bonus if you love music, storytelling, or nature walks. We value presence, patience, and kindness - and we'd love someone who truly sees children as capable and curious little humans. Our sweet mini Aussie rounds out our home with cuddles and calm energy.
