Our family consists of a 6yo, 2. 5yo, 7mo Primary task: Regular care for 7-month-old 2-3 times per week for 4 to 5 hours at a time. Secondary task: Semi-regular help with the other two kids in the afternoon/evenings or mornings, depending on schedule of primary task. Final task: Opportunistic/as-needed help on the weekends. Notes: Driving, food-prep not required but would be a nice plus.
