About the job
We are looking to build a relationship with a sitter for recurring monthly date nights, with the possibility of occasional overnight weekend coverage in the future. We have a soon to be 6-year-old girl and a 2. 5-year-old boy. Our kids are bright, social, and well adjusted little helpers who enjoy arts and crafts, story time, cooking together, biking in our cul-de-sac, and imaginative play in their playroom. We are seeking a college graduate caretaker with a career interest in childcare or child development. In our home we practice many Montessori and RIE methods. We value respect and autonomy above all, and we let those values guide our day to day parenting. We feel we have a lot to offer as an employer and we strive to build long term relationships centered on open two-way communication and transparency.
