I am switching to night shift and am looking for someone to come to my house between my shifts so that I can sleep. H is almost 8 months old, he was born March 2024. He currently takes 2/3 naps a day, the first from 9-11 and second 1-3. My days will vary occasionally but I am hoping to usually have the days of the week as consistent as possible. My schedule is made is 6 week blocks and the dates are decided one month prior so there is plenty of notice.
