Babysitter Needed For 3 Children

We need a babysitter for our 3 children who are 5, 1/2 yo, 3 yo, and 5 months old. We would love to find someone who can watch the kids once a month if all goes well for a date night here and there. The kids are well-behaved and sweet. Our boy is 5 months old and does not hardly ever cry unless he's hungry. He's super smiley and happy. We are fairly relaxed parents but we do require a a quick FaceTime or call with a sitter prior to the booking so we can get to know the sitter and they can meet the kids. My husband and I are from Iowa originally and don't have family out here to help with childcare. We are looking for a once-in-a-while booking for a night out without the kiddos. More often than not, we're going to work art openings!
