ISO Nanny Share Or In-Home Care For Newborn - Aurora, CO

Hi, we are expecting our first child any day now and our previous child care plan fell through unexpectedly. Start date listed is based off when my maternity leave will end, but it may be later depending on my husband's leave as well. He is in real estate and I work a hybrid-remote corporate job, so we may be in and out of the home but will need assistance with caring for our child while we work. Our ideal situation would be a nanny share or bringing our child to an in-home care situation since our house is small.
