We have a new baby who will be 4 months old by the time we need help with childcare. I work full time from 7am-3:30 p.m. but my husband's schedule is more flexible. We really need someone to watch the little one on M, W, F from noon-4 p.m. and on Thursdays from 9am-4 p.m.
