Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Aurora.

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Aurora. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. We have a 7-month-old. We need to find a long-term nanny for Monday-Wednesday 8:30-5 PM, with possibility for more hours as needed. We expect punctuality, experience with infant appropriate activities, feeding, changing, safe sleeping and sleep train practices. We need a nanny to align with our parenting strategies. We need a nanny who will agree to a 1099 and background check. My husband and I are work hybrid, so one of us will always be home but busy with work and running errands. We want to build trust and have our nanny integrate in our family.
