About the job
We are the Schafers! We are a dual pilot parent couple with 2 kiddos (a 6-year-old girl and 4-year-old boy) and a 7-year-old Labrador. We are an overall laid back family, and with our schedules though, we are looking for someone to be on our "team" (helping take care of our kiddos!) who can communicate early, is upfront and dependable. We do have "reserve" days which is similar to being "on call" -- therefore we also need flexibility with that dependability. We do get our schedules about a month out, so we are able to target overlapping days relatively early for coordination. Looking forward to hearing from you!
