My family needs a nanny/babysitter to help with 2 teenagers! Assistance before and after school is the biggest need. Taking the girls to and from school, sports, and activities is an essential part of the job. A divorced household where the kids split time with the other parent is also a significant consideration. However, that does allow a predictable schedule with alternating weeks of care between mom and dad.
