I am a registered nurse and work 12 hour shifts from 7am-7 p.m. My mom watches my son on the days I work. I need someone who can pick my son up from my house and bring him to her house before my shifts. I also need someone to pick him up from her house in the evenings then bring him to my house, do his bed time routine, and stay with him until I get off of work. I work three shifts a week on different days of the week. If I find a caregiver who prefers certain days of the week I may be able to accommodate those days with those days given to me in advance.
