Nanny Needed For My Children In Arvada.

Looking for a full-time nanny when I return to work, when my daughter is around 6 months old. I will work from home a couple days a week in order to nurse her during the day and gain more time with her, so hours may vary (7 a.m. - 5/6 p.m. when I'm in the office, 8 a.m. - 4/5 p.m. when I'm home. Looking for some flexibility based on my meetings schedule). Looking for a nanny who will take the same care in her development as I do, working on developmental games, time outdoors, art, introducing solid foods, etc. Some light housework would include baby laundry and baby food prep/cleanup. I have a very sweet 80 pound Rhodesian ridgeback who will be home as well. I take a loving, natural approach to motherhood and am looking for the same from a nanny.
