Mom works part time. Tuesday - Thursday full day then Friday half days. She also has one week off a month. Dad works full time Monday through Friday but has a very flexible schedule. 5 will be the absolute latest you are there. We have care now but it's family and we can tell she's about done and wants to do her own thing. Sunday is literally amazing and communicative with what she needs/wants. She sleeps amazingly well.
