Nanny care for my 6-month-old when I go back to work after maternity leave. I am a physician and do shift work that includes days, nights, and weekends with shift length ranging 8-28 hrs. My husband's schedule also varies because he travels for work. We have two older boys ages 9 and 6 years old who will need care as well when they are not at school.
