$40/hour For 8-12 Hours For When I Go Into Labor

I will be going into labor anytime now. I am currently 37 weeks pregnant, and my due date is Dec 14. We are looking for a babysitter for the time I go into labor (day or night), so it would require a flexible individual that is able to be to our home within 2 hours of the phone call alerting you I am in labor. We have an 11-year-old boy who is self-sufficient but does need meals made for him. The main care needed would be for our 23-month-old daughter. She would need meals, safety monitoring, diaper changes and being rocked to sleep. We also have a German Shepherd dog so you would have to be okay with animals. We would like to do a meet and greet before hard so you can meet the kids and see the house. This would be for a one-time service for up to 8-12 hours so my husband can be with me during the labor process and then he would be able to come home to be with the kids and relieve you from duty. Due to the flexibility, we are asking for, we are compensating higher than normal hourly. Thank you!
