Part Time Nanny For Two Year Old

Looking for a nanny for our soon to be 2-year-old daughter. She is energetic, playful, and loves dancing. Like most 2-year-olds, she is starting to feel big emotions, tantrums are pretty regular so we are looking for someone that is patient, reliable, trustworthy, and punctual. We are looking for someone that can help with meals/nap time/bedtime/planning educational or stimulating activities for our daughter/light housework (dishes, sweeping, daughter's laundry etc) My husband and I both work in law enforcement and our schedule can sometimes shift so having someone that is reliable is important to us. We have two small-med size dogs that are shy at first but very friendly. We do require a background check and we have cameras throughout the house.
