Our little girl was born 11 weeks early, so although she is 4 months, her adjusted age is currently 5 weeks. Developmentally she looks like a 5-week-old but has no other medical issues. She is currently eating every 3 hours and we work in tummy time/play for about 30 mins before hopefully napping again. As she gets older we expect her wake hours to increase. My husband works from home and we need help 2 days/week in the morning when I go back to work.
